  • Lighting Control
    • Advanced circuitry in each dimmer cycle can current the lights 120 times per second, it is too fast for the human eye to notice but will create very real savings
    • Each dimmer has a ZigBee radio and can be programmed to come on and turn off only when needed as part of a whole home automation system
    • Ambiance is enhanced with presets that adjust levels automatically to match the chosen activities – dinner lighting, emergency lighting, presentations, etc.
    • Safety and security are enhanced with lights that automatically turn on in darkness and/or upon entry
    • Indoor and outdoor landscape lighting can be integrated with lighting controls to highlight architectural features

  • 5.1 Surround Sound
    • This consists of five strategically placed speakers with a dedicated subwoofer for low frequency effects. All 5.1 systems use the same speaker channels and configuration, having a front left and right, a center channel, and two surround channels
  • 7.1 Surround Sound
    • The industry standard for dedicated home theater rooms consists of the 5.1 surround set up in addition to two rear surround speakers

    • Entertainment Jacks– a 4 port jack used for home theater; one phone and three Ethernet connections
  • Networking
    • Wired networking through jacks for computers, printers, TV stereo receivers and all other Ethernet capable equipment
    • Wireless connections through one or more access points. Connections support B,G, and N wireless types. High power access points available for large coverage areas
    • For areas where cell phone coverage is low or spotty a microcell cell phone tower is available for home use witch enables 5 bar reception and 3G speeds to all cell phones who you choose
    • A minimum of 3Megabit modem download speed is required for some internet access functions for streaming music video and other home automation features. Our networks support the highest level of internet access speed available today including services such as Verizon FiOS and other fiber to the home options available today

    • Racks are centrally located in the home usually in the basement
    • Keeps the equipment cooled so your devices will not overheat

  • Home Automation Server
    • It blurs the line between a home theater PC and an administration PC
    • It is meant to be the workhorse of your network for computer backups, media sharing, and remote access
